The hotel is located near a great shopping outlet, Fashion Fish, which is wonderful for branded bargain hunters. the hotel is right next to the train station, which is great for quick travel. the rooms are spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good with plenty of options. the hotel also has a fitness room and hammam to enjoy.

There is no free internet access available, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

Simple but good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately you can hear the traffic quite well with open window.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel was quiet and very clean, providing a tranquil environment for relaxation. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right.

My room was unfortunately to the main street and accordingly unfortunately loud. To the quiet side only possible with a paid upgrade.

Simple and uncomplicated

The scents in the hallway and room could be better. On the 3rd floor is the open fitness centre and from the restaurant you can smell the kitchen. Otherwise very good hotel

Centrally located, many free parking spaces available, simple but good breakfast. Room unspectacular but clean and good. Staff very friendly.

WLAN stone-age slow.

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to the outlet mall and had free parking. The staff was cute and my check-in was easy. the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out to me.

Location is perfect for those biking Mitteland no. 5 (300 m from the route). We stayed at this hotel twice in the past month--each time we could check in quite late. The restaurant has very good food--both for dinner as well as breakfast buffet. The hotel staff has been very helpful during both stays and they do speak good English. They were also flexible with our last booking where we removed the extra bed charge from our reservation upon arrival when our party decreased by one person.

No air conditioning the my room (3rd floor) so i kept the window open. I had to sleep with a lot of mosquitos in the room.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and welcoming, always willing to help us with all our needs. Room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds to ensure a good night's sleep. The gym and spa were definitely a plus, offering a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing.

The internet wasn't complimentary. It was frustrating to pay for something that should be a standard amenity in most hotels.

Had a great time spending New Year's Eve at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. We loved the fact that the parking was easy and free of charge. the hotel's location was great as it was close to multiple shops, restaurants, and attraction points.

Although we had a great experience overall, we found the lack of free internet access disappointing. the noise from the nearby road made it difficult to sleep with the windows open, especially during warmer nights.
